If they really turn over the keys to me next Tuesday I’m never leaving the back yard. Ever. (Which is a good thing since the inside of the house is largely un-updated since 1973 and it’s going to be a couple years before I get it shipshape.
No wonder you don’t want to leave the backyard. It’s stunning. Well worth the 30 signatures, I’m sure. Congratulations, sir.

As for the tool shed (whimper) it doesn’t get to come along and there’s nowhere good to build one like it. I’m afraid I’m going to be limited to what I can accomplish in the garage. That said, I have big plans for a woodworking space in the garage. Pictures someday? You bethca.
